To whom it may concern,
We were on our first trip with our new 2008 Roadtrek 210
Popular and on our first black water dump the release
mechanism broke. Since we were going to be on travel for
four weeks we had to find a dealer to make the repair. Our
Roadtrek Membership Directory was consulted to locate
dealers within our path to Florida. The dealers closet to
our path could not accommodate us so we extended our detour
further off our path and located the RV Superstore in
Mocksville North Carolina.
This dealership was first class all the way! They not only
set up an appointment for the very next morning but they
provided a hook-up for us to spend the night. Everyone at
the dealership was not only professional but most of all
accommodating and helpful in every way. Their facility was
the largest I’ve seen. They have a huge indoor showroom, a
large service department, and a full accessory & parts
department. The best part is they have a great customer
waiting area with a large screen TV and coffee.
Our repairs were done and tested in just over an hour and we
were on our way. So we can highly recommend this dealership
to anyone living and/or traveling in the Mocksville North
Carolina area.

Recently my wife and I decided to purchase a camper. Neither of us knew very much about travel trailers.... I visited local dealerships to find out about the types, models and price ranges....With all of the choices I got confused pretty quick. Due to my limited knowledge about travel trailers I had several questions. After asking a few questions and getting some of them answered, it seemed that the local dealers became impatient with me. I visited every RV dealer I could find within 100 miles of our home. .... I noticed a dealership just off of I-40 and thought I would try again. I was greeted immediately by the owner, and he introduced me to Jim Hass. Jim showed me everything from the pop-ups to the 30' travel trailer answering all of my questions.
During the entire time he asked me questions about how I would be using the camper. He had sensed my confusion and was honestly trying to help me decide on the model and style that would best fit our all around needs. He answered every question I had, and was very honest. He did not try to up sell me on something larger and more expensive than I needed. I was very impressed.
Also impressive was the line of trailers they carry. I had been to 7 other dealers but none carried Starcraft. The fit finish and appearance of these brands were by far the best of all the other 23 brands I had looked at.
I brought my wife back the next day and Jim showed her all he had shown me. We decided on the Antigua, and asked Jim to price a 21' unit. After just a few minutes Jim came back with a price, and to my surprise it was a good price! I had received much higher prices on units that did not compare in overall quality.
The overall experience with the RV SuperStore of Mocksville was one of the best buying experiences I have ever had. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for an RV. Save yourself some time and aggravation..... Just go to the RV SuperStore
of Mocksville first!

To my friends at RV superstore,
It is with great pleasure that I write these few lines to
let you know just how pleased Evelyn and I are for the way
we were treated on our visit to your Dealership. We
came just looking, and from the time we entered the door we
felt at ease, because everyone was so nice, inviting us to
just help ourselves to look. You don't know how that
feels to not be pressured from the beginning. We were
first time buyers, and didn't really know what we were look
for. I want to give thanks to Scott Zimmerman for the
guidance he gave in helping us find our first Coach.
He was very professional and courteous. He even sat
down to listen so we could tell him what we were looking
for! From the General Sales Manager, to the Technician
that did our Walk-Thru it was nothing but First Class.
We will not hesitate to tell everyone to come and experience
what we experienced in purchasing our Class A Motorhome.
By the way, we've since been back and traded up to a larger
Coach. As far as I am concerned, you will be our RV
Dealer next time we trade. Thanks everyone!

I had a grand time!!!! It was very apparent that You
and ALL the RV Superstore Staff worked very hard.
Please pass on my Thanks to Everyone involved. I was
able to meet new friends and see some old ones. I was
very impressed with the New Building, and all the
forethought which went into it's design. I especially
loved the BAF's (LOL)! I know that this type of event
should make Jeff Plemmons proud. I will be passing
along to all my camping friends Praise for the RV Superstore
of Mocksville. Please add me to you Fall Fest list for
2009, I will plan to attend. Again, thanks for the
