Eric Gray, our Service Manager has over 20 years experience in the RV Industry. Applying his vast knowledge and expertise, Eric is dedicated to providing our customers with a quality service. Joining our team in 2006, Eric has enjoyed working closely with our certified technicians as well as our highly trained Sales and Parts staff to ensure each customer receives the best overall experience while visiting with us.
Outside of work Eric is a proud husband & father with
two young children Kassie and Konor. The Gray
family enjoys spending time together with friends & family. Eric's passion for vehicles goes outside the RV world as he has a
soft spot for motorcycles and dirt track racing.
Ron Ulp, our
Parts Manager
has over 25
years Parts &
Service
experience. Ron
enjoys the RV
Industry,
stating that it

in. We are

for whatever

Wendy Queen, our Certified Warranty Administrator has over 4 years Parts &
Service experience. A team member since 2005, Wendy is well versed in quickly
working to assist Service to help meet our customers needs. A RVer herself,
Wendy feels it best to work in an Industry dedicated to what she and her family
loves, Camping! Wendy enjoys working with the entire dealership family, meeting
customers and listening to their experiences on and off the road. Outside of
work, Wendy is a doting mother, and enjoys spending time with her husband,
friends and family. Wendy also enjoys Nascar, Football (Panthers), as well as
just being outdoors and finding new adventures.
Kim Duman, our
Parts Specialist
has over 17
years experience
in the RV
Industry.
Kim has worked
for major
manufacturers
and even as an
installer at a
major RV
Manufacturer.
Kim will soon
celebrate her
1st Anniversary
with us here and
we are excited
to have her! Kim
enjoys
continuing to
learn about the
new models,
Floorplans, and
construction
techniques.

Renn Ramey, our
Parts
Coordinator has
over 44 years
experience in
Parts and

service. Having
